President
Ed created the company in 1987. He has seen R & S Landscaping grow to the strong business it is today. Ed oversees all aspects of the company.

Keri Brown
Assistant Director of Operations, Director of Seasonal Plantings,
In-House counsel
Keri handles all aspects of company insurance and office management. She directs spring and fall annual orders and plantings. Keri also represents R & S Landscaping in any legal matters.

Airson "Branco" DaSilva
Lead Supervisor
Branco has been working at R & S since 1997. He is our lead supervisor in the field. Branco oversees all routes and reports directly to Ed every day.

Armando Marques
Irrigation Specialist
Armando teams with Ted in managing the irrigations division at R & S. Armando has been working with Ted in that division since 2004 and knows all aspects of design, installation and maintenance.

Nick Campiola
Mechanic
Nick has worked at R & S since March 2007. Nick has restructured the garage and updated day-to-day operations to be sure all trucks and equipment are repaired in a timely fashion. All of our trucks and equipment are repaired at our home office in Medford.

Ken Greeno
Certified Arborist
Ken is R & S’ Massachusetts Certified Arborist and leads the Tree and Shrub Care division. Ken has been an integral part of the tree care industry for decades. Ken has the knowledge to solve any issue presented by a customer regarding trees or shrubs. Any and all questions regarding arboriculture can be answered by Ken.

Ted Rudolph
Director of Operations and Irrigation
Ted has been working at R & S Landscaping since the beginning. He has learned the workings of the company from the ground up. He handles all accounts receivables and customer service. Ted also leads the irrigation division of R & S.

Tom Turner
Asphalt Division Manager
Thomas Turner is R & S’ manager of the asphalt division. A twelve year veteran in the asphalt industry, Thomas holds a degree in construction management. His knowledge and experience in the field will provide you with result driven solutions while maintaining the outstanding workmanship, professionalism, and customer service you expect from R & S.

Brett Johnston
Sales: Asphalt Paving, Hardscape, and Landscape Construction
Brett leads the asphalt paving, hardscape, and landscape construction sales at R & S. Brett has been working in the asphalt paving and construction industry for twenty four years. He works directly with our new clients as well as maintaining our unprecedented service level to our current clients on each job. Brett also works as the lead supervisor for our asphalt paving division.

Vilson Gondinho
Landscape Construction Specialist
Vilson has been working at R & S Landscaping since 2000. He, along with Branco, manages the landscape construction group. Vilson has worked with all types of materials in constructing walls, patios, driveways, etc. Vilson is also an expert at R & S in complete landscape installations.

Earl Bell
Shrub and Lawn Care Specialist
Earl manages the fertilizing division at R & S. Having his Massachusetts pesticide applicator license and certification for four years coupled with his decade long experience in the green industry has provided Earl with the knowledge to keep landscapes lush all year. In addition, his knowledge of weeds, fungi, and pests allows him to quickly identify signs of problems prior to their destructive state. Earl also helps at R & S with general planting, landscape construction, and property maintenance.
