President
Ed created the company in 1987. He has seen R&S Landscaping grow to the strong business it is today. Ed oversees all aspect of the company.
Keri Brown
Assistant Director of Operations, Director of Seasonal Plantings,
In-House counsel
Keri handles all aspects of company insurance and office management. She directs spring and fall annual orders and plantings. Keri also represents R & S Landscaping in any legal matters.
Airson "Bracco" DaSilva
Lead Supervisor
Bracco has been working at R & S since 1997.
He is our lead supervisor in the field. Bracco
oversees all routes and reports directly to Ed
every day.
Armando Marques
Irrigation Specialist
Armando teams with Ted in managing the
irrigations division at R & S. Armando has been
working with Ted in that division since 2004
and knows all aspects of design, installation and
maintenance.
Dave Hughes
Mechanic
Dave has worked at R&S since the inception
of R&S landscaping. Dave is our lead in-house
mechanic. All of our machines and trucks are
fixed at our home office in Medford.
Ted Rudolph
Director of Operations and Irrigation
Ted has been working at R & S Landscaping since the beginning. He has learned the workings of the company from the ground up. He handles all accounts receivables and customer service. Ted also leads the irrigation division of R & S.
Romie Lacefield
Certified Arborist
Romie is R & S’s Massachusetts Certified Arborist and leads the Tree Care Group of R & S Landscaping. Romie has worked at R & S since 2005 and is an integral part of the Tree Care Group. Any and all questions regarding arboriculture can be answered by Romie.
Christopher Clark
Sales Associate/ Landscape Construction
Chris wears two hats at R & S. When needed
at a work site, Chris works as a lead supervisor
for the landscape construction group. Otherwise,
Chris is our sales associate working directly with
potential new clients as well as making sure our
existing clients are satisfied.
Vilson Gondinho
Landscape Construction Specialist
Vilson has been working at R & S Landscaping
since 2000. He, along with Chris, manages the
landscape construction group. Vilson has worked
with all types of materials in constructing walls,
patios, driveways, etc. Vilson is also an expert at
R & S in complete landscape installations.
